IThe Story

The bar runs the width of the room, glass to one side and the pitch to the other. Signature stadium cocktails share the list with the classics, a wine list built for a Mediterranean kitchen, Albanian craft beer on tap — and a bar-side sushi menu of rolls built to share over drinks.

Always Moving, Never Staged

Bottles get pulled, poured and returned all night — the shelf behind the bar stays organized by hand between rounds, not staged for a photo.
